Description
Osmo Chopping Board Oil is a clear oil-wax finish specially formulated for wooden chopping boards and other food contact surfaces. This product penetrates deeply into the timber to provide a tough, microporous surface that won’t crack, peel, flake or blister.
- Certified food safe when dry (EN 1186 Part 5/14)
- Microporous, breathable finish – will not crack, peel or flake
- Excellent resistance to water and kitchen liquids
- Safe for humans, animals and plants once dry (DIN 53160)
- Based on natural plant oils and waxes
Technical Data

| Recommended coats: | 2 thin coats on untreated wood |
| Application tools: | Osmo Microfibre Roller, Flat Brush, Oil Finish Applicator Fleece or a lint-free cloth |
| Ventilation requirements: | Always allow good ventilation while drying and remove sanding dust before application. |
