MATCHFIT dovetail clamps and the rest of the MicroJig MATCHFIT system: clamps, dado stops, pop stops, ring, ramp and edge clamps, set-up gauges and the grid routing guide, plus UJK hold-down clamps and Kreg project blocks that work alongside it. MATCHFIT lets you rout a 14-degree dovetail groove into any jig, fence, sled or workbench top and then clamp to it anywhere along the track, with nothing sticking up above the surface.
Choosing MATCHFIT dovetail clamps and track hardware
- Dovetail clamps: the standard 2-pack is the starting point; the Pro set adds the longer-reach clamps and extra heads for thicker stock.
- Dovetail track hardware: the variety pack of knobs, bolts and nuts lets you fit fences, stops and hold-downs to the same groove.
- Dado stops and pop stops: repeatable stops for a table saw sled or router table fence so every cut lands in the same place.
- Clamping fixtures: ring, ramp, edge guide and U-pad clamps hold round, angled and odd-shaped work for routing and sanding.
- Grid routing guide: cuts the dovetail grid in a bench top or sacrificial board in one pass per line.
Hold down clamps and project blocks
If you already have a T-track bench or dog holes, the UJK hold-down clamps and Kreg project blocks sit in this collection because they solve the same problem: fixing work flat without a clamp in the way of the cut. The MATCHFIT grooves need a 14-degree dovetail router bit, which we stock, and a router with a 1/2" collet is best for cutting them.
