I recently purchased some Bosch power tools from this company. My experience with them was beyond exception. Donovan assisted me in my choice and when I finally placed my order for Bosch SDS drill and Bosch grinder I accidentally ordered the incorrect model. This order was a special order from the supplier, however Donovan made no hesitation in accepting to take it back in exchange for the model I wanted.
