Oil Plus 2C is applied thinly and the excess wiped off within the working time, so the applicator matters as much as the oil. The Rubio Oil Spatula spreads a small quantity of Oil Plus 2C across tabletops, worktops and furniture with no brush marks, working in zones you can finish within 30 minutes. The Grey Foam Sponge is the cheap, disposable way to work oil into edges, corners and smaller pieces.
For floors, the 425 mm Floor Buffing Pads fit a standard single-disc polishing machine: the red or beige pad spreads the oil plank by plank, and the white pad removes every trace of excess so the surface is left non-sticky, which is the step that decides whether a Rubio floor cures properly. Pair them with Cleaner Interior to wipe the sanded floor before oiling and to clean the tools afterwards.
