Extremely handy

This was my first LXT tool and part of a minimal tool setup when I didn't have access to a workshop. It fit the bill perfectly - nice and compact, surprisingly quiet, powerful enough for solid wood as well as engineered materials and part of the Makita LXT ecosystem. Nowadays I use it for breaking down lumber - both in the workshop as well as at suppliers without cutting facilities. Having this sort of power without mains is extremely useful and I would not easily part with it now. Needless to say build quality is extremely good.
