Hongdui Router Plane KM17 Pro

Power Tool Services and their courier provided excellent service, as always! The backlash-free blade height adjustment with zero-able height marker and depth stop set it apart from other brands. The ability to change the cutting head to cut outside the base is also a great idea. There were sharp edges on the base, but that will be easily sorted out with a fine file. Wooden handles beautiful, but just need some smoothing out - will do that in short order! Manual adequate, but they refer to an instruction video , but there is no link and nothing downloadable from Hongdui or Katz Moses websites. I also ordered the additional narrow blade set, which came with no instructions, but it fairly intuitive to assemble and use. Three attachments tools are provided - two allen-hex and one Torc. It would have been more sensible to have all tge screws the same suze and same head, so only one tool was required to attach and remove blades and parts.
Looking forward to trying out thus superb tool!
