Description
The Freud LU5D 2900 is an industrial carbide-tipped circular saw blade, specifically designed for cutting non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, copper, and brass, as well as plastics and PVC profiles.
- Negative Cutting Angle: Prevents self-feeding or grabbing during cutting.
- Silver I.C.E. Coating: Lowers operating temperatures, resists corrosion, and reduces resin/material build-up.
- TiCo Hi-Density Carbide: Extends cutting life and maintains a sharp edge under continuous industrial use.
- Optimal Application: Stationary equipment, double-head saws, or miter saws where the blade cuts from above the workpiece.
