Every Einhell cordless drill we sell runs on the Power X-Change 18V battery system, so one pack and charger power your drill, grinder, hedge trimmer and blower. The range covers plain drill drivers, impact drills with a hammer function for masonry, a cordless angle drill, two 12V compact drills and a 3.6V screwdriver, which makes it a cost-effective entry into cordless for home and trade users.
Choosing an Einhell cordless drill
- Read the model number. The figure after the slash is the torque: a TE-CD 18/48 delivers 48Nm, a TP-CD 18/120 delivers 120Nm for big fasteners and hole saws.
- TC, TE or TP. TC is the entry Classic line, TE the Expert line, and TP the Professional line with brushless motors on models such as the TP-CD 18/50, 18/60, 18/80 and 18/120. Brushless gives more runtime per charge and a longer motor life.
- Drill or impact drill. Models marked Li-i have a hammer function for drilling into brick and plaster. Plain Li models are drill drivers for timber, steel and screws.
- Solo or kit. Solo tools come without battery. Kits bundle one or two batteries and a charger, so compare the total before deciding.
