Choosing Bosch diamond cutting discs
- Disc diameter must match your grinder. 115mm and 125mm discs fit the small grinders most tradespeople carry; 230mm discs are for the big two-handed machines. The 76mm HardCeramic disc is made for the Bosch GWS 12V-76 compact grinder.
- Segmented, turbo or continuous rim. Segmented discs (Eco for Universal) cut fastest in concrete and brick. Turbo rims (Standard for Universal Turbo, Eco Turbo) balance speed with a cleaner edge. The EXPERT HardCeramic continuous rim is for porcelain and hard tile where chipping is not acceptable.
- Material grade. EXPERT MultiMaterial discs cut concrete, brick and tile, including reinforced concrete. Eco and Standard discs are the economical choice for general masonry.
- Wet or dry. The grinder discs cut dry. The Best for Concrete core drill bits are wet-cut and run in a core drilling rig or a suitable drill with water feed.

Bosch Best for Concrete diamond core bits come in a range of diameters on a 1¼" UNC thread, in 300mm and 450mm lengths, for drilling through walls and slabs for plumbing, ducting and electrical runs. They are sold by size, so choose the diameter from the drop-down.
