- When scrapers have been squared with a file and fine sharpening stone, the hardened steel burnisher turns over the thin cutting edge and requires only occasional buffing to make scrapers operate so effectively.
- Made specifically to create burrs on the edges of flat, curved or beveled card scrapers.
