We only offer free delivery for orders over R1000. We do not offer free delivery to Remote Farms or Rural Areas or Government Institutions. We use "The Courier Guy" for most of our order fulfillment.
Orders under R1000 will be R80 for Cape Town and All other national orders we apply a R150 flat rate.

Collections can be arranged at no additional cost. We have some collection points in JHB, CT and DBN. Please check if collection is available in your area before confirming your order.

All products "In Stock" will ship out the same or next business day.

Durban - Maximum 3 Business Days Delivery
Jo-Burg - Maximum 3 Business Days Delivery
All other areas 3-4 Days Delivery. Remote Locations that are serviced on special days would require extra time.

We will have to confirm an ETA with you as these items are not physically at the store at present. If you would like to be notified when they arrive please select the "Notify Me" Button on the product page.
Receiving Incorrect or Damaged Goods
Please take photos of any goods delivered that are damaged and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number. These will be returned at our cost and the correct goods will be sent to you at our cost or refunded if you prefer.
Warranty / Guarantee
All manufacturer warranties and guarantees offered on particular products are in place. All items bought from toolservices.co.za are brand new and our policies are in line with the CPA.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. toolservices.co.za and Power Tool Services SA comply fully with CPA rules and regulations.
If you used PayFast as a secure payment provider. Their policy for payments and refunds apply as you would have had to agree to their terms of services / End user agreement while making payment.
Funds take 7-10 working days to reflect back in your account post refund application.
If you used Manual Bank Deposit as a payment method we would need to have proof of bank details in order to return the funds to the correct account.
We will arrange collection and delivery of your goods - The cost of these services will be determined on a case by case basis and we endeavor to provide you with the best, fair and reasonable service possible. You may be liable for courier costs on returns and this will be dealt with on a case by case basis. You will only be liable for the exact courier charge we are invoiced and will not under any circumstances be charged an inflated courier charge for any returns.
Our mechanics need to physically assess all Power Tools for repair and this needs to be on site.
The cost of assessment is Free of Charge. .
All unapproved quotations will be returned unrepaired and machines unassembled.
All spares replaced on Power Tool Repairs are original OEM spare parts.
Spare parts orders that are intended for fitment outside of our workshop are void of any warranties or guarantees and will not be eligible for refund.
We reserve the right to adjust, amend and change pricing at our discretion in store and on our website.
We reserve the right to Cancel and Refund orders where stock is no longer available or cannot be provided to you on time.
