If you are reading this - you probably have a return. Please phone us, we are happy to help you get the right thing!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging within 7 days of purchase.

Funds take 7-10 working days to reflect back in your account post refund application.

We use PayFast as a secure payment provider. Their policy for payments and refunds apply as you would have had to agree to their terms of services / End user agreement while making payment.

You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item depending on the reason for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please make contact with our office before sending the product back to us - Most of the time we can solve the problems remotely.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping as well as return shipping will be deducted from your refund depending on the nature of your return.

Manufacturer Guarantee or Warranty

Power Tool Services or its staff shall not in any way be held liable for any manufacturer based warranty offered. All tools, Parts or Accessories that need to be claimed under warranty must be send back to the manufacturer to fulfill the claim. We are happy to facilitate this for you.
